Apparently Michael left us 33 clues in the film.
Here are the ones we know of so far
1. The sign language he uses with his hands. Watch the movie and see what the hand gestures mean
2. The clothing. Michael only wears a few (say 4-6) different outfits throughout the whole movie. If there was over 100 hours of rehearsal footage, why show MJ in the same outfits? Was there really 100 hours of footage... I don't think so!
3. Near the end of the film when Michael talks to the dancers, he says something about having 4 years left to get it right. Get what right? And why 4 years? Could it be when he is making his return?
4. At the very end of the film after the credits, Michael says in the scene he is going to unbotton his shirt and wait, take his time and then come back! Could this be a major clue saying "I am alive and I will be back"!
